Prerequisites
Before starting the import process, ensure you have:- A Jira API token with sufficient permissions
- Your Jira email address
- Your Jira cloud hostname (e.g.,
yourcompany.atlassian.net)- This is the domain you see when logging into Jira
- Do not include
https://or anything after.net
Getting started
To start a Jira import:- Go to Settings > Workspace > Importers
- Select Jira from the available import options
- Enter your Jira credentials and hostname
- Review and confirm the import options before proceeding
Data mapping

After import
- All imported cards include a link back to their original Jira location.
- You can view your import history in Settings > Workspace > Importers
- Board columns may need to be reordered after import.
- You can easily drag and drop columns to restore their intended order.
